Placing an order
We currently ship only within the United States, but this excludes U.S. possessions and territories. We’re unable to ship to PO Boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses at this time.
Also, we don’t ship to Canada right now, so orders with a Canadian address can’t be processed. Thanks so much for your understanding!
Payment method
Payment Authorization:
- Payments are finalized only after the authorization process is complete.
- Interruptions (e.g., network issues or closing the browser) before completion may void the transaction.
Security:
- We don’t store or transmit full credit/debit card details.
- Your card info is encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor, who provides us with a token for future transactions.
- We only store encrypted details like the last four digits of your card number.
Verification Process:
- If your payment is declined, we may ask you to resubmit your billing info to match your card company’s records or use a different payment method. Common reasons for declined payments include:
- Mismatched billing address
- Need for card company authorization
- Daily withdrawal/purchase limit reached
- Insufficient funds
- Exceeded credit limit
Pending Charges:
- Declined cards will show the amount pending on your bank statement, usually falling off within 24 hours, depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Multiple declined attempts may temporarily affect available funds until your bank releases them back to you.
