Refund policy

At GunnVerse Collectibles, we want you to be happy with your purchase! While we don’t typically offer replacements or refunds unless there’s a physical issue with the product, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

If the product you received doesn’t match your order or if you received the wrong item, please take clear, close-up photos of the defective parts/items. Make sure to include photos from the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom, as well as pictures of the package and packaging. Send these photos, along with your order information and a detailed description of the issue, to info@gunnverse.net within 30 days of receiving your product. If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, we won’t be able to assist you.

Please note that the product photos you see when placing an order might be of a prototype, so specifications for products not yet in stock may change. Also, the color, shade, or texture of the item on your screen might differ slightly from the actual product.

Lastly, if the carton or package is damaged but the product inside is intact, we won’t be able to offer a replacement for the product and package.
